MEL Script L-system:
This abstract animaitn is made by MEL scripting tool and rendered by mental ray.

Renderman Poly-mesh Replacement:
The polygon model is replace with different small objects by TCL script after rendering in Renderman.

L-system RIB Instance:
Each branch of this L-system model is replaced by pre-bake RIB archive.

Render Layer Composite:
This shot is composited with three different layers which are rendered by Maya software, harware and Renderman renderers.

Procedural RSL Shader (Tree Bark):
The bark shader is a customied Renderman shader which use procedural noise and voronoi pattern.

MEL Procedural Curves:
This curve animation is generated by MEL scripting and rendered in PRman and Maya software(paint effect).

Procedural Forest:
Types of tree models and the distribution are controled by image maps. 16 bits fog image is generated by modified RIB files.

Particle Flow:
Particle instances with expression follow the procedural model.

Procedural RSL Shader (Eye Ball):
Full procedural eye ball shader.

Level of Detail:
Spanish moss model with level of detail rendered by Prman.

Sub-Surface Texture:
This procedual sub-surface texture shader is made with voronoi pattern.

Motion Capture and Hair Simulation:
The character animation is made with motion capture technique and modified in Motion Builder.

Particle instance Crowd:
Simple crowd animation made with particle instancer.
