Of fields and field trips

The field trip to see Mr. Fink was interesting, he basically show older stuff that showed a progression towards the modern day SFX.

In other news, I have aquired a new Nintendo DS and the game Lunar: Dragon Song.

As you can see this game still has many pixel based/tile aspects to it and it on a new generation system the Nintendo DS. It has a isometric perspective and no random encounters. So far I have gotten to the Beastman city and are doing quests there.
I feel that the Nintendo DS might be the last bastion of hope for 2D gaming.

New Schedule

After reading about making a game from level editing I think I'm going to look into that very much and start going with it. From what I'm reading it takes Third-party tools... I'm thinking for the remainder of the time I'm going to be working on a level editor...
