Postmodern / neo realist approach to nonlinear narrative in cinema and new media.

Concept:

Audiences of today are able to ingest media and information at ever growing rate. With the advent of the Internet, any question can be answered in a few clicks. This abundance of media has made coherent thoughts a bit more challenging. Like following thought patterns, which have infinite paths and variations, I believe that nonlinear self referential storylines are taking hold in the media. This will be visualized in a documentary exploring the life of my grandfather, his heritage, and my dreams.
