A fanfiction based off of the series "The Vision of Escaflowne", rota fortunae takes place seven years after the series ends. Van and Hitomi have not seen or spoken to each other for years. Now, a new evil has risen and Hitomi is unexpectedly returned to Gaea. While joining Van in this battle for their world, Hitomi learns something about her own purpose, why she was destined to come to Gaea in the first place. Contains spoilers for the series.

Sequel to rota fortunae, parvulus de crepuscid occurs thirteen years after the events of the first story takes place. Sellie is Van and Hitomi's only daughter, a wild-spirited and headstrong princess, oblivious to her Atlantean heritage. She and her family travel to Cassia where she discovers a hidden cave that holds an ancient secret. Suddenly, Hitomi is kidnapped by someone from the past and its up to Van, Sellie, and the usual Escaflowne gang to find her, revealing secrets and truths to one another along the way.
