At this point, I had written a paper on
Alphonse Mucha, a famous poster illustrationist during the Art Nouveau period
and had several of his prints on my computer. I decided to start a series
of character designs in the style of Mucha featuring the women of Escaflowne:
A Girl in Gaea. So far, I've only done the first one with Sora, but I plan
to come out with Millerna, Hitomi, Merle, and the Cat Twins. This also can
be found on the Tsubasa no Kami website as well. I drew it out first, scanned
it, and colored in Photoshop.
