My first Adobe Illustrator project from Spring 2002. We had to create a poster featuring our style of animation and characters from a fictional cartoon series. We also had to desgin background story for the characters featured. The girl is Marin Grey, daughter of the world famous archeologist Herbert Grey. The guy is Dralion, a vistor Marin stumbles upon during one of her sites. For those Escaflowne fans out there, recognize Dralion's boots? They're Van's.
