I focused on utilizing the letter forms of the varying typefaces for this project. As I progressed through different layouts and dominant themes I began to incorporate historical or illustrative imagery. For Tyrnavia I used images of letterpress and a constructed digital “T.” Nightjar included a section of a dense textura. To illustrate tension in taut, I hand stitched the word taut and used my own photography.
